Situated in picturesque Swellendam, DeCompanjie is more than just a guesthouse – it has its own restaurant & is a well-known meeting place where everyone is welcome. Food is sourced locally & responsibly, and every detail is considered to make guests feel at home. We incorporated all these things – food, foliage & nature – into their gorgeous watermark and I love how the logo envelopes so many of their values.

We used rich teal tones & copper accents complimented by subtle botanical elements to create a feeling on intimacy, memorable hospitality & quality. What I love most is that even with all these seemingly ‘busy’ elements, the brand is beautifully simple, versatile & classic.
